System Engineer
Windows Server Administration
Install, Configure, Maintain, Monitor and Troubleshoot Windows Servers running different versions of
Windows
Administer Guest Servers in the VMWare ESXi vCenter
Be a part of and Perform Change Management, Incident Management and Problem Management for the
infrastructure
Perform Patching, resolve vulnerabilities, and implement CERT measure for the Windows Servers
Provide On-call support and perform after-hours/weekend maintenance updates to systems and
support as and when needed
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or another related field, or experience of such kind and
amount as to provide a comparable background
0 to 2 years Windows server administration experience
Microsoft Windows Server 2008 & 2012 Administration and Troubleshooting
ITIL Processes for Incident, Problem & Change Management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
