Job Description:
Software Engineer
Under ltd supervision, provides internal & external customer technical support for computer systems
Performs testing, packaging and maintaining software components
Ensures email and telephone requests are recorded using the standard incident tracking system
Escalates incident tickets to support organizations as required
Manages customer entitlements for all supported systems
Ability to archive all data types
Ensures customer data confidentiality
Handles special projects, as assigned
Candidate Profile
Candidates should possess Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
Should have 1 to 2 years’ experience in C++ programming; C programming; Linux Socket
programming; Object Oriented Programming with knowledge on design patterns; POSIX APIs;
Concurrent programming/ Multithreading
Inter Process Communication Mechanism; Unit testing in C++
Good understanding of TCP/IP Protocol Stack
Good understanding in team software development projects
Good understanding of software development life cycle
Strong knowledge in Protocol Development and Implementation
Strong knowledge in Protocol Development and Implementation
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work with and in close proximity of fellow Team members
