Reviewing of overdraft/fraud accounts from different queues.
Identifies the root cause and allocate the accountability for losses
Use relative applications to decision the overdraft/fraud Items/Accounts
Escalate the accounts to the onshore team to get more clarifications on the difficult accounts.
Process the accounts within the TAT defined.
Candidate Profile
Candidates should possess Any University degree with 0-2 years experience
Any Graduate /University Degree (preferably B.Com)
Good Analytics skills
Excellent eye for detail
Quick Learner
Good decision making skills
Good Keyboard skills / average MS excel skills
